LM commemorates closing of Ardmore Avenue School

Fifty years after the Ardmore Avenue School closed, more than 100 officials, students, graduates and community members marked the moment of integration with a ceremony at the site of the historically black school. Read more.

Judge orders end to Montco same-sex marriage licenses
Montgomery County officials ceased issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples on Thursday after a Pennsylvania judge said the county Register of Wills didn’t have the legal authority to issue such licenses. Read more.

Berwyn will join the parade Sunday Sept. 22 with the first annual Taste of Berwyn and Beyond.The rain-or-shine festival will feature food tents from various restaurants and four live musical acts. Police searching for suspect in Ardmore 7-Eleven robbery
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery at a Haverford convenience store. A store clerk reported to police that he was robbed by a while male who implied he was armed with a gun and demanded money from the cash register, according to police. Read more.
